How much will it cost?
A modular building solution from Australian Portable Buildings generally costs from 20% to 40% less than the equivalent building built on site.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times are a fraction of the time required for an equivalent site-built building. Typical times, depending on building size, are: Design & procurement – 1 to 2 weeks Construction – 2 to 5 days Installation – 0.5 to 3 days
Is Council approval required?
Building &/or Town Planning Permit Approval is required in most Domestic, Commercial and Industrial locations. APB buildings are designed to meet the relevant building codes in most areas and full engineering documentation is available.
